That idea has been in your head a while

You do not know yet what it costs or how long it takes. After half an hour on the phone you do.

The plan costs you nothing. If you do not want to go on after that, you stop.

You do not have a technical problem. You have an idea and no route.

  1. It is still in your notes

You have explained this idea many times. Nobody has told you yet what it costs and when it is done.

  2. The quotes you got

Amounts without reasoning, or a conversation about technology instead of about your customers. You cannot decide on that.

  3. A year from now

Do nothing and the idea is still there next year. Your customers keep the hassle you wanted to remove.

You know up front.

After the plan you know what we build and what it costs. If you do not want to go on, you stop. The plan costs you nothing.

What we build for people

HISWA te Water

The largest in-water boat show in Northern Europe, in the Batavia Haven in Lelystad. Over 30,000 visitors, 361 exhibitors and 440 vessels on a harbour site. A visitor looking for an electric sloop has no idea which stand to go to.

  • A map on the visitor's own phone, with nothing to install.
  • Questions in plain language: where can I eat, which stands have electric sloops.
  • A route to the stand he is looking for.
  • If there is a queue at that stand, he leaves his details instead.

What the exhibitor gets

A visitor who hits a busy stand used to walk on. Now he arrives as a lead, with his question attached. The exhibitor calls him back when it is quiet.

The steps, worked out

From idea to something that works

Six steps. After the third you decide whether we build.

  1. 01

    Meeting and working it out

We start with your idea. What it has to do and for whom. We work out the smallest version that already has value.

  2. 02

    Design and plan

You see your idea as screens before there is any code. Clickable, so you walk through it and say what should change. What nobody will use, we leave out right here.

  3. 03

    Price and planning

Now we know what it is, so now we know what it costs. You get a fixed price and a date. If you want to stop here, you stop.

  4. This is where you decide. Only then do we build.
  5. 04

    Building

We build in pieces you can look at. Every two weeks you see something working. You decide on everything your customers see.

  6. 05

    Going live

We put it live and help your first users in. You know who to call when something comes up.

  7. 06

    Building on

Your first users tell you what is missing. We build that on top. The agreement stays the same: price up front and you can always stop.

We build what pays for itself

In step 1 we work out together what your idea returns. If that comes out lower than you hoped, we build a smaller first version. That way your budget goes to the part that works.

What people ask

Before you call

What does the plan cost?

Nothing. You pay once you say yes to the build.

Do I get a fixed price?

Yes. After the plan the price and the date are fixed.

When do I see something working?

Every two weeks you see a piece that works.

Can I stop?

Yes. You can stop after the plan and after every two weeks.

Tell Stan your idea. In half an hour you know whether it can be built.
