HISWA te Water

The largest in-water boat show in Northern Europe, at Batavia Haven in Lelystad. Over 30,000 visitors, 361 exhibitors and 440 boats across a harbour site. A visitor looking for an electric launch has no idea which stand to head for.

  • A map on the visitor's own phone, with nothing to install.
  • Questions in plain language: where can I eat, which stands have electric launches?
  • Directions to the stand they're looking for.
  • If there's a queue at that stand, they leave their details.

    We start with your idea: what it needs to do and who it's for. We work out the smallest version that's already worth having.

    Design and plan

    You see your idea as screens before any code is written. Clickable, so you can walk through it and tell us what should change. Anything nobody will use, we drop at this stage.

  3. 03

    Price and timeline

    Now we know what it is, we know what it costs. You get a fixed price and a date. If you want to stop here, you stop.

  4. This is where you decide. We only build after this.
  5. 04

    Build

    We build in pieces you can look at. Every two weeks you see something working. You decide on everything your customers see.

  6. 05

    Go live

    We put it live and help your first users get started. You know who to call if anything comes up.

  7. 06

    Keep building

    Your first users tell you what's missing, and we add it. The deal stays the same: price up front, and you can stop at any time.
