What we keep about you, and what we do not

Who this is

What this site keeps

If you fill in a form, we keep what you filled in. The record goes into the database first and the email goes out after, because an email that never arrives is someone who thought they had reached us. That is also why we store whether sending succeeded.

• The fields you filled in yourself
• Which page the form was on, and in which language
• Which email address it went to, and whether that worked
• Your IP address, only to spot abuse and not to measure anything

Which company visits

Through Leadinfo we see which company is looking at our site. That works from the IP address of your connection: there is usually an organisation behind it, and that name is what we see. It also keeps an identifier in your browser's storage, so that separate pages are recognised as one visit: not a cookie, but it does the same thing. It is about the organisation and not about you: we see no name, no email address and no profile of the person behind the screen.

What this site does not do

There is no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel on this site. We do not build a profile of you as a person, we do not follow you across other sites, and we do not sell anything on. What we see of your visit is which company is behind it, not who you are.

• One cookie, and it is functional: the session for whoever logs in to /beheer
• No analytics, no ad networks, no social pixels
• No profiles and no automated decisions about you

The calendar on the booking page

If you book a call, that happens in a Calendly calendar embedded in our page. What you fill in there goes to Calendly and to us: your name, your email address and the time slot. Calendly has its own privacy statement for that. If you would rather not, just send an email or call.

If you are a client

Then we also process data on your behalf, and then it is your data and not ours. Think of the conversations the ConversieBooster has on your site, the calls the phone agent picks up, and whatever sits in your own systems that we connect to. We put a data processing agreement under that, setting out which sub-processors we use, including the parties that supply the language models. Processing and storage happen inside the European Union.

• You stay the owner of the data and decide what happens to it
• We process only what is needed to do what we agreed
• The current list of sub-processors is in the processing agreement
• If we stop working together, you get your data or we delete it

How long we keep it

No longer than it is for. We hold to these periods unless something else was agreed with you or the law demands otherwise.

• Enquiries and contact forms: two years after the last contact
• Client records and invoices: seven years, required by Dutch tax law
• IP addresses attached to a form: thirty days
• Client conversation data: whatever the processing agreement says

What you can ask of us

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to the processing. You may also ask to receive your data in a readable file. Email info@staibl.nl and you will hear from us within a week. If you are not happy about it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

If this changes

Then the date at the top changes with it. If something material changes for existing clients, they hear it from us and not from this page.
