What we keep about you, and what we do not

Who we are

The party responsible for what is described here is STAIBL B.V., Wielingenstraat 10A, 1441 ZR Purmerend, KvK 42098238. Questions about your data go to info@staibl.nl or +31 6 30405085. You'll get an answer from a person within a week, not a ticket number.

What this site keeps

If you fill in a form, we keep what you enter. It is saved to the database first and the email is sent afterwards, because an email that never arrives means someone who thought they had reached us. That is why we also record whether it was sent successfully.

• The fields you filled in yourself
• Which page the form was on, and in which language
• Which email address it was sent to, and whether that worked
• Your IP address, only to detect abuse, not for measurement

Which companies visit

Leadinfo shows us which company is viewing our site. It works from the IP address of your internet connection: that usually belongs to an organisation, and that name is what we see. It also stores an identifier in your browser's storage, so that separate pages are recognised as one visit: not a cookie, but it does the same job. It is about the organisation, not about you: we see no name, no email address and no profile of the person behind the screen.

How often a page is viewed

We count how often a page is loaded and where you came from: the site where you clicked the link, or the source stated in the link itself. That is a count, not a person. No cookie is involved and no visitor ID is stored.

• What is stored: the page, the day, the language and the source
• To count two page loads on the same day as one visitor, we use an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address and browser. It cannot be reversed and it changes every night
• We cannot identify anyone with it, and nothing can be tracked from one day to the next

What this site does not do

This site has no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel. We do not build a profile of you as a person, we do not track you across other sites, and we do not sell anything on. What we see of your visit is which company is behind it, not who you are.

• One cookie, and it is functional: the session for anyone who logs in to /beheer
• No ad networks and no social media pixels
• No profiles and no automated decisions about you

The calendar on the booking page

If you book a call, you do so in a Calendly calendar embedded in our page. What you enter there goes to Calendly and to us: your name, your email address and the time slot. Calendly has its own privacy statement covering this. If you'd rather not use it, just email or call us.

If you are a client

In that case we also process data on your behalf, and that data is yours, not ours. Think of the conversations the ConversieBooster has on your site, the calls the phone agent answers, and whatever is in your own systems that we connect to. This is covered by a data processing agreement, which sets out the sub-processors we use, including the parties that supply the language models. Processing and storage take place within the European Union.

• You remain the owner of the data and decide what happens to it
• We process only what is needed to do what we agreed
• The current list of sub-processors is in the data processing agreement
• If we stop working together, you get your data back or we delete it

How long we keep it

No longer than it is needed for. We keep to these periods unless we have agreed otherwise with you or the law requires something different.

• Enquiries and contact forms: two years after the last contact
• Client records and invoices: seven years, as required by the Dutch Tax Administration
• IP addresses attached to a form: thirty days
• Client conversation data: as set out in the data processing agreement

What you can ask us

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is processed. You can also ask to receive your data in a readable file. Email info@staibl.nl and you'll hear from us within a week. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If this changes

If it does, the date at the top changes too. If something significant changes for existing clients, they will hear it from us, not from this page.
