Cases

What was there, what we built, what it did.

The whole story per client, including what fell short. Nobody has ever lived through a case where everything went smoothly.

HISWA te Water

A map of the show on the visitor's own phone

Events / Beurs

30.000

visitors at the show

HISWA te Water
What was there

There was only a physical map. A static drawing that showed you where things were and nothing more. There were a lot of questions and a lot of crowding during the event, and afterwards visitors found it hard to get in touch with exhibitors.

What we built

STAIBL built a 3D environment full of AI. It connects to the system where exhibitors upload their information, so visitors know exactly what to expect at the show. General questions and routes are mapped out and explained, with attention to what is happening during the show. Per day you can see what is on, where and at what time. Visitors can leave their contact details with exhibitors, so the two can find each other again after the show has ended.

What it did

More overview and less hassle for visitors during the show, and lasting contact between visitors and exhibitors after the event.

HISWA te Water

The phone answered during the show, without extra people

Events / Beurs

HISWA te Water
What was there

During the event the same questions were asked over and over, which added to the crowding and to the work for the team.

What we built

We gathered and filled out the knowledge base so the AI receptionist could field and answer these questions on her own, and still pass people to the right person where that was needed.

What it did

Fewer repeat questions for the team, while visitors were still helped quickly and correctly, with a human hand-off where that was needed.

Brantjes Makelaardij

Viewings booked at the moment the doubt appears

Vastgoed

37%

of conversations end in a concrete next step

Measured over 1,101 conversations, 5 May to 21 August 2026

Brantjes Makelaardij
What was there

A visitor looking at a house has a question within a few minutes: when is the viewing, what are the running costs, has anyone bid yet. Anyone who gets no answer clicks on to the next listing: a loss that stays invisible, because no form gets left behind.

What we built

The booster recognises what someone is looking at and for how long, and opens the conversation at the moment doubt sets in. It answers the question, shows matching listings in the chat and books the viewing. Connected to Realworks and ActiveCampaign.

What it did

403 of the 1,101 conversations ended in a concrete next step, with 177 leads and 107 appointments booked directly. 52% of all conversations came in outside office hours.

HJ Notariaat

Notarial questions answered in substance, with no night in between

Juridisch (notariaat)

46%

of conversations end in a concrete next step

Measured over 529 conversations, 9 June to 21 August 2026

HJ Notariaat
What was there

Anyone buying a house or arranging a will looks around online first. These are not casual visitors: they have a reason and a deadline. But the route from “I have a question” to “I have an appointment” ran through a contact form, and there is always a night in between.

What we built

An AI booster that knows what HJ Notariaat does and answers the question in substance, inside the conversation itself. If it heads towards a request, it takes the step that belongs with it: the right page, or the calendar directly.

What it did

241 of the 529 conversations ended in a concrete next step, 50 of them appointments booked directly. Well above the portfolio average.

Landgoed Rhederoord

Enquiries that arrive on a Sunday evening, filled in completely

Horeca & evenementenlocatie

65%

of conversations come in outside office hours

Measured over 923 conversations, 18 April to 21 August 2026

Landgoed Rhederoord
What was there

An enquiry about an event venue starts with a run of practical questions: is that date free, how many people fit, what is included. Questions someone asks at the moment they are planning. Sunday evening with the calendar open. A contact form caught only part of that.

What we built

The booster answers those questions straight away and asks along the way for what Rhederoord needs in order to make a proposal: type of occasion, number of people, period. The conversation arrives as a fully completed request instead of a name and an email address.

What it did

203 of the 923 conversations ended in a concrete next step, with 93 leads with contact details. 65% of the conversations came in outside office hours.

Klimbos

Practical questions handled through a short, busy high season

Dagattractie

34gesprekken per dag

average volume during the high season

Measured over 8 July to 21 August 2026

Klimbos
What was there

The high season of a climbing park is short and busy. The same practical questions come in hundreds of times: from what age, does it go ahead in the rain, where can you park. Often in the evening, when someone is planning the weekend outing. Every one of those calls costs time from people who are needed at the courses.

What we built

The booster answers those questions straight away, day and night, and then sends the visitor on to the ticket page. At Klimbos that is the conversion: not an appointment and not a quote, but someone who clicks through to the till with their question answered.

What it did

1,546 conversations in six weeks of high season, 152 of them sent on to the ticket page. In the 232 conversations where the ticket button was shown, 53% clicked through. 57% of the conversations came in outside opening hours.

Centercom

Questions about advertising sites and rates answered at once

Buitenreclame

30%

of conversations end in a concrete next step

Centercom
What was there

Questions about available advertising sites and rates came in at all hours, with limited follow-up straight away.

What we built

An AI booster that answers these questions directly, collects leads with contact details, and gathers insight into what people are looking for.

What it did

125 of the 414 conversations ended in a concrete next step, with 35 leads with contact details.

Fitness de Kloek

Membership questions answered outside opening hours

Fitness & gym

28%

of conversations end in a concrete next step

Measured over 291 conversations, 29 April to 20 August 2026

Fitness de Kloek
What was there

Members and prospective members had questions about memberships and trial classes, often outside the gym's opening hours.

What we built

An AI booster that answers these questions and either collects contact details or recommends a trial class.

What it did

82 of the 291 conversations ended in a concrete next step, with 57 leads with contact details. 63% of the conversations came in outside office hours.

Filmhuis Alkmaar

Programme and ticket questions through a short peak

Filmhuis

38gesprekken per dag

average conversation volume

Measured over 7 to 21 August 2026

Filmhuis Alkmaar
What was there

Visitors had questions about the programme and about tickets, with a peak in conversations over a short period.

What we built

An AI booster that answers questions directly and points people to the right page or photo gallery.

What it did

71 of the 571 conversations ended in a concrete next step. 58% came in outside office hours.

Tromp Garantie Makelaars

Every viewing request followed up at once, with a video

Vastgoed

Tromp Garantie Makelaars
What was there

Leads were not reminded of an appointment, appointments were forgotten, and staying in touch with the lead during the process was hard. Videos of properties were being recorded, but not everyone got to see them. After a viewing, it went quiet.

What we built

An AI agent that solved this: every viewing request is followed up straight away, a video of the property is shared, and people can get updates about their viewing over WhatsApp, through a connection with Realworks, which opens up new sales opportunities.

What it did

Every lead got a video of the property straight away, which cut no-shows because people could cancel in time. On top of that: insight into popular properties and what leads are looking for, upsell opportunities spotted, and a smart way to get in touch with leads personally.

What we build for

Four sectors where this work repeats itself.

Not because we limit ourselves to them, but because the question is the same there: plenty of visitors, little time, and work that comes back every week.

Real estate

Enquiries that arrive outside office hours and get answered the next day. By then the viewing is booked somewhere else.

E-commerce

Visitors comparing three models who drop off because they can't see the difference. The information was there, just not at the moment it mattered.

Installation and trades

Quote requests without the details you need to judge them. Every request starts with the same five questions.

Professional services

Work that revolves around documents: reading, checking, summarising, passing on. Too repetitive to enjoy and too precise to leave alone.

What you won't find here

No percentages without a baseline and no quotes we wrote ourselves. If a figure is on this site, it was measured and the client has seen it. That makes the list shorter than it is elsewhere.

Half an hour. No deck, your own numbers.
